Rosamond Lehmann was an amazing author and I have read the majority of her works. After reading her biography, I understand where her stories came from. Her personal life, as written by Selina Hastings, is as full of twists and turns, agonies and triumphs and self-inflicted drama. Selina Hastings writes a story that is captivating without sentimentality. 8 people found this helpful.
