Operations management-problem solved! Like the fish on the cover of this book, students sometimes face an uphill climb. To scale the ladder of success in this course. I needed it for an Operations Analysis class and while it is rather informative, it is on par with most of the books I've seen about Statistical Analysis and Operations Management. So, while it's not spectacular, it's nothing to complain about either.
