This book is drier than a mouthful of low-sodium Saltines. My husband had to use the previous edition in his MBA program and he and his classmates agree that it is a chore to read. Just as you are about to drift off into a peaceful slumber, it will irritate you back to alertness by defining a word like "goal" both in the text and as a highlighted sidebar vocabulary word. "*Goal* What an individual is trying to accomplish."

If you have to read it for a class, you have to read it for a class. If you are looking for something for personal or professional enrichment though, there HAS to be something better. Keep looking.

This is a poorly put together book. The content altogether is fine, but there are typos, sentences with missing words, and the section breaks for the "examples" are rarely ever examples, but instead just run on text from the paragraph.

It's sad that this is supposed to be furthering our education, when the book itself is terribly formatted and badly proofread. McGraw-Hill needs to work on their quality control.

Rented this book from Amazon Rentals at about 1/4 the price of new. Book was definitely worn, but very useable and essentially highlight free. Very easy to do and recommended if on a budget.

Book itself is a good resource and is will cited. Only critique is the how the text is sometimes disjointed by placement of special sections, disrupts flow of reading the text narrative. Otherwise, greatly appreciate the author's effort and expertise.

well, this organizational bnehavior book is excellent, all of the case studies are real life applications from fortune 500 companies. its a great quality at an affordable price. delivery was very fast and service was excellent. the item came as described by seller and its perfect. expands your knowledge and opens the door for management and leadership positions. i recommend this book to all those interested in master of business administration and manufacturing management. its very affordable and its a top notch quaity. this item will save you a lot of money, specially if you buy it here in amazon as oppose to the university bookstore.. thank you have a great day..smiles..

I rented this textbook for a class I’m taking and it arrived severely tattered. A chunk of the cover was torn off, a section of the book had fallen out, and it was written in. Not what I expected at all but, putting that aside the content has been terrific. It’s a well written and put together textbook.

The OB class that required this book was for my Master's and out of all the books I've had to buy through the years, I'd say that this one was one of the much better ones. It had examples that were very relevant, introduced content in interesting ways and had a light tone that made reading and studying from it more of a joy instead of grudging task.

Good book that was required for an Organization Behavior course I took in a masters program. Wish there had been a digital version on the Kindle like all of my other books.
Book was a typical textbook. The book its self was great. The class is dumb, the typical overpriced unnecessary class.
