Good for Susan Hill and Lydia Halverson. Probably the first exposure that today's youngsters have to the Stuart Little story will be the film(s), not White's book.

Susan Hill, Lydia Halverson (Illustrator). Stuart Little at the Library is a great tale about two animals who create a bond over reading. I think that youngers students, like those in kindergarten or first grade would enjoy this book

Morris the Moose learns many useful things on his first day at school. I chose this book because it would be a great introduction to my last name and can help the students to remember it when I read it the first couple of weeks of school. The Kissing Hand, an internationally renowned childrens book, addresses separation anxiety and is a great resource at the beginning of the school year, or in any situation where a child must separate from parents. The Kissing Hand by Audrey Penn, a great book for kids about a raccoon and its mother. Sarah loves this book so much!

I work in a grade school library and purchased this book for my "kids". They love it! It's sturdy with good quality paper - necessary for lots of handling by young readers.

This is a very entertaining book. easy to read. The story is enjoyable for both parents and children. My son truly enjoyed reading this.

This book is not for beginning readers like it sais. I got it for my Kindergartner and he is now in first grade and still has trouble with it. He is a little bit challenged and does not read on the same level as his friends maybe other first graders could read it but not a kindergartner. The amount of words are over whelming for a K'ner
