Book arrived in good condition.

Pros: Catchy rhyming stories featuring lovable veggies from VeggieTales. No pages torn out.

Cons: Had some wear. Bending multiple pages feels stiff.

Will be keeping. I'll look out for buying the other Veggiecational compilation!

This is a great book for little ones, especially if they love Veggie Tales as much as my kids do!

My two year old is a big veggie tales fan, and this book ranks among his favorites. "Opposites" is a fun story that helps illustrate a handful of ideas, some of which are less common than others (sweet/sour, clean/dirty, happy/sad, big/little, short/tall, light/dark and hot/cold). "Time for Tom" is a cute story that helps teach routines and may assist in establishing a working order in every child's day. There's a clock prominently located on each page, and the hands on the clock show the time that corresponds w/each activity (i.e. 8 o'clock for getting up, 9 o'clock for going to school, etc.). "Time" focuses on getting up, making the bed, going to school, eating lunch, playtime, dinnertime, bathtime and bedtime. Both stories include Bob and Larry; "Opposites" also features Archibald and "Time for Tom" has a completely different cast of characters (Tom and the "Grapes of Wrath" gang, along with Junior, too). Each page has copy that rhymes and the graphics are bold and very attractive. Two stories under one cover is a great idea, making this veggie tales book a night-time favorite.

This book is the best ever, yet! I know I have never read it, but I would love to someday! This book teaches kids about opposites and telling time. My six-year-old sister, Rhiannon, never knew time, and she can't tell time at all. Maybe she should get this book to learn how to tell time and to learn opposites at the same time!
