I have visited Kristen's blog for a few years now - I really appreciate her reviews, videos and information. Kristen's recipes are creative - I love that the results look just like mainstream meals. Best of all - recipes are EASY!! Ingredients are simple and easy to find.

I love that Kristen has placed an abundance of food photos on her website - I can easily print one color page (screen shot) and have photos! I have folded the one page in half and keep it in my book. I know she is trying to keep the cost of the book down. She even mentions in the recipe book that the picture is available online. What a great idea.

I just received RAW HEMP and am so excited to have some quick and easy recipes to make that will enable me to add more hemp to my diet! Thank you for this new release Suzanne!

The cons :
NO index, so specific recipes are difficult to find.

The same first 10 pages or so are contained in each of her books, so you pay for that over and over again if you buy more than one.

Not sure if the cost-vs-benefit ratio is good. IMO, ALL her books could have been condensed into one--WITH an index!--for half the price or less than all of her books purchased separately.

I am learning so much from this book! I had no idea that hemp was a superfood and so easy to incorporate into your everyday life. I love the dressings and can't wait to try the Beofulf Protein Smoothie. Kristen makes it all so easy to understand, the recipes are a snap to follow....this is a must have book!

First, a confession: I have nearly all of Kristen's books. I love them to death. She's got a great sense of recipe balance and I think her recipes are often unlike any other raw recipes I find on the Internet. She clearly loves playing with textures and flavors and doesn't just coast off of adapting what else is out there.

This hemp book is the perfect example of her creativity. Hemp shakes, salad, soups, and even desserts. Every one of them I've made has been amazing. I now buy hemp seed by the 3-pound bag and I'm chugging through a bottle of hemp oil. Thanks, Kristen!
This is definitely my favorite book by Kristen. She starts off with an introduction about the hemp seed and its amazing benefits and then provides an awesome selection of great recipes using hemp seeds, oil and powder.

I love the Cherry Vanilla Hemp Shake and the Chocolate Caramel Hemp Surprise drink, but my favorite has to be the Hemp Mocha Latte Engine Starter. It's perfect for anyone who's been missing their cup of coffee. This was definitely a life saver when I wanted to make my Starbucks run! The Soft-n-Savory bread goes great with the Hemp Hummus Dip. If you're looking for a raw cheese that doesn't use nuts, then you have to try the Hemp Cheese Spread. The salads and dressings are packed with nutrients, very satisfying and go great with one of the soups, like the Italian Stallion Hemp Bisque. For dinner you can't go wrong with the Chinese Hemp Noodles or the Carrot Discs with Curry Hemp Sauce. The dessert section is amazing. There's the Superfood Hemp Cookies, Cinnamon Peach Hemp Ice Cream and the Chocolate Peppermint Hemp Cheesecake to name a few. There's even a Hemp Pancake recipe.

I've been trying to add more hemp into my diet, so I was thrilled when Kristen published this book. The recipes are unique, flavorful, delicious and easy to prepare. You won't find a better hemp recipe book than this. Share it with all your friends and enjoy!
