This book has tons of great recipes that we have used. We also use these recipes and modify them based on the ingredients we have available. I will note that some of these recipes can be a little intimidating for a ceviche beginner and some of the ingredients used in a lot of the recipes are hard to come by even though we live in a major city. But besides that, I would not hesitate to purchase this book if you are looking to up your ceviche game!

I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in learning about making ceviche at home. It demystifies the process, and it contains some delicious recipes, with very appealing photographs of each item.

didn't think there was so many ways to make ceviche. took a chance on buying and I am Happy!! not a ceviche specialist but to my standards a good book :-)
