I love the case studies this author offers in each chapter--they are shocking and real-life. The book is an easy read, and I, for one, dislike reading about data. It made the data class I took actually enjoyable (can't believe I'm saying that).

As expected. But I was not impressed with this book for the class I purchased it for. It has basic knowledge and seems like common sense for anyone in the field.

I had to have this book for my Master's course in leadership. Easy to understand, thought provoking, and clearly a must read for all educators. Reflective summaries at the end of each chapter, and study guides online through Pearson. Great tool for professional development on sight.
