After reading The Times of Our Innocence, I couldn't wait to read the sequel. I wasn't disappointed, it was as good as the first book. Growing up poor in Freeburn,Ky I can relate with the hardtimes that Bethy and Mary lived through. Looking forward to the next book written by Mable.
