Excellent book. I couldn't stop reading it because of all the helpful info. I have the worst anxiety/ ocd/ worry feelings.
It has natural relief techniques as well as talking about medications.

It helps you understand it. Also I would suggest to check out books relating to hypoglycemia, as it correlates with anxiety and ocd issues.

Definitely worth the purchase.
