People who love papercrafts will be thrilled to have this book. The quality of the information, especially the photos, is impressive. The ideas present much more than the simple how-to on making cards. The creative colors, patterns and textures of the materials are fantastic in themselves. From these ideas I can implement various projects of my own. While a few diagrams might make the card construction a little more simple, the written instructions are thorough, especially in combination with the photos. I can't imagine anyone being anything pleased glad to have this book.

I am disappointed with this book. For what I've seen of Sandy and her DIY segments, the book actually doesn't do better than what you could find on the DIY Scrapbooking site. In fact, you get full sized templates on the website. I prefer books that have good diagrams versus written instructions. In my personal opinion, diagrams when done right; are so much easier to follow. There are templates in the book, however you need to enlarge them 50% or more. Overall, if I'd reviewed this book before hand, I think I would have passed on buying it. If you do buy it, Amazon has the best price. A good reference book.

This book has so many cute ideas with easy to follow instructions, a very good buy for any level; the patterns are easy to smart-it-up or dumb-it-down as well as changing subjects depending on what you need.
