I especially like that although this book is written based upon California Civil litigation, the authors managed to compare the Federal Rules in each chapter, without taking away from each chapter's message. I live in California, and I'm working on federal civil claims. Take out all of the examples of prepared forms and docs and the amount of instructional text wouldn't have qualified as a book about civil litigation. VERY disappointed that my program has chosen this text, despite instructors' input. They don't appreciate it either.
