had makeup and food stains in a lot of the pages (gross). It would have been nice to know the actual condition of the book inside.

This text is boring, although the topic itself seems boring to me. However, I believe that a good author can deliver the information in a way that is easily read and understood.

I believe that there must be better texts out there than this...that being said, if you have a good professor/instructor, they could certainly provide an interesting and engaging lecture with highlights from the text.

Unless this book is required, I wouldn't order it.

The seller delivered in a timely fashion, and it arrived in good shape.

This book is very helpful to healthcare administration students. Used it in Healthcare Informatics course and it was full of pertinent and easy to read information on the subject.

Although I'm glad to see that the authors were careful to cite all of their sources, this book read like a very long research paper. At times I found it to be distracting. There should be more headings, more definitions, bold terminology, richer index, more glossary definitions and overall should be more user friendly. I found it to be very difficult to go back and find specific information I needed when it was time to study for exams.
This book is very well written and easy to read. I would suggest this book to anybody interested in reading about how IT is important in Healthcare. I wish to get a softcopy of this book!
