Patrick Joseph A. Dowling, CBE FRS (born 1939) is an Irish engineer and educationalist. Fabulous piece of work. Pat Dowling is an outstanding local historian, and has put Irish-California on the map forever. Future generations of Irish-Californians will thank this man for preserving so much of their history and culture.
