Reverend Nigel Mumford has authored a wonderful book that is sure to be a vast help to countless people. My sister is presently reading it due to her PTSD, among other ailments, and tells me she is deriving much benefit from it. I, and my sister, have also recently met with Reverend Mumford and we both were so impressed by the great humility, love, caring, and genuineness of this man of God. We visited him at his healing center headquarters at Galilee Church in Virginia Beach, VA. Healing services are open to the public once a month at no charge whatsoever. Private prayer sessions for healing prayer can be scheduled, as well. May God continue to bless Nigel and the healing work of Christ that he is a big part of. Sincerely, Mack Ethridge

An amazing recollection from a gifted man. It is an easy read, yet deep in the richness of the subject of healing. I am on my third time of reading this book and discovering more and more each time. If you are in need of healing or are interested in the ministry of Christian healing, this is a must read.

I read this book for the first time in early 2007 and was hugely blessed by it. I gave me a renewed perspective about the healing ministry that had lain dormant in my mind and practice for several years. It encouraged me to get re-involved in praying for those in need of healing - and who isn't in some way or other! The stories were inspiring, faith building and edifying. We have given copies of this book and 'The Forgotten Touch' to every guest who comes to a Welcome Home Initiative retreat to find healing from their PTSD and other forms of combat trauma. Their reports back clearly indicate this book aids healing in others. Spread the blessing by reading Nigel Mumford's book for oneself and giving them to others!

i have met this author . he is a loving , ordained episcopal minister who was a former military man who taught others about hand-to hand combat . when he experienced the healing from God, by the "laying on of hands " he was compelled to use those same hands and heart to minister God's love to those going thru emotional , physical and spiritual suffering . he talks the talk and walks the walk ! God bless you , Nigel Mumford and those you minister to and have ministered to,including myself ! thank you !

I haven't read it, thumbed through it...I am not sure what my friend thinks of it...n==yet initially he seemed quite pleased.
I first read this book in 2001 and have recently reread it. I am as awed by it today as I was then. Nigel Mumford was called by God in much the same way men are called into active military duty. It is only fitting that Nigel, a former British Green Beret, would faithfully obey the Lord's Call and follow that Call wherever it has led.

This book is one that has the ability to transform lives through the many testimonies of salvations and healings that are told within it. That Nigel Mumford was a hard core Marine, opens the door especially for the men who will read this book, to rethink what "strength" really is. "Hand to Hand" is a wonderful introduction to the healing gifts of Jesus Christ and will serve to open the hearts and minds of believers and "yet-to-believers" alike!
