I am so glad that I purchased this 11th edition. By doing so, I have saved so much money. This was so much cheaper than a used 12th. So far it appears to be almost identical to the 12th edition. Even the chapters are in the same order. I do have access to my text online, however I like to read actual books so I always order a hard copy.

I was not happy with my product, to say the least! I bought this book for a college class I am taking. The book I purchased had said it was in good condition, it was used. It's not that the book is torn or in bad shape..BUT it is MISSING 3 ENTIRE CHAPTERS. The book is like a binder so the pages can be removed. I am missing chapters 6,8 and 10 I think amazon.com should send me my money back or send me a new book.
