If you're in the market for a companion to a bigger more thorough travel guide and are into trendier sights then the Wallpaper guide is a good pick. It could be more in depth for sure and a better mix of attractions aimed at all price points would be nice, but it definitely has some good sites to see and as previously stated will make a good companion to a larger travel book. Wallpaper City Guide Copenhagen. A passport to the best of Copenhagen. Wallpaper City Guide- good ideas for places to go in major cities. Less touristy and more real stuff. As with vinyl records and collectible magazines, it seems that rumours of the death of the printed poster have been greatly exaggerated. Dormant, perhaps, but certainly not dead.

A bit dissapointed with this book! It's very brief and doesn't cover much; what is does cover is what is apparently what the hip crowd wants to eat, drink, and purchase while in Venice. Проверенная покупка: да Состояние товара: Подержанные.

Last year we purchased the Paris guide and found it semi useful. The guide helped with finding the latest great restaurants.

BUT Copenhagen ... I was so very disappointed with the guide. With a city that breaths good design and shopping I thought Wallpaper would have more to contribute.

I went to all of the shops recommended by the book. One of which was closed (Modern 10a). Truth be told I should have checked that out before the trip (guide was published in 2006). BUT another store that highly recommended was so very tiny and the pictures did the store alot of justice!!!

There was a restaurant named Korriander that we would have loved to have tried but it was only open for summer months (I think small details like this should always be in guides). I am going to stick with other guides for future trips....though esthetically most guides are not as nice Wallpapers.

i can only review this item 'second hand' as i gave it as a gift. the recipient said it was super chock full of details w/ a very nice+easy graphic layout. one could surely find all the same info on various WWW sites, but Wallpaper always makes nice 'eye-candy' publications, so for the low cost it is still worth buying for a pocket-guide. Enjoy Copenhagen!

First time I got the Wallpaper series and found it superb for what it is. Not the usual guide with endless pages on history and details you need a month to go though. Short, concise, perfect for a short break where you only have little time to spend there and even less time to read.
You will need a map separately though.
